While leadership sets the vision, our on-the-ground teams deliver it each day:

Property Management & Maintenance Teams – These skilled professionals handle leasing, day-to-day operations, maintenance requests, safety inspections and ensure each community is clean, secure and well-maintained.
Resident Support & Community Engagement Staff – Through our Residential Coordinator program and support-services teams, we connect residents to job training, childcare, transportation, wellness resources and community events — because housing is just the start.
Development & Asset Management Staff – Our development experts identify new opportunities, manage rehabilitation of existing properties, oversee compliance with affordable housing regulations, and ensure our properties remain financially sustainable.

From the moment you submit an application to years of residing in one of our communities, our team is here to support you:

When you apply: our leasing and intake staff walk you through eligibility, tours, applications and move-in.
When you live in one of our properties: our maintenance crews respond to repair requests; support-services staff connect you with resources; property staff manage your lease, rent payments and communication.
When you move or end your lease: our team ensures an orderly transition, providing move-out guidance and helping link you to new housing if needed.
