  • Maintenance Requests & Emergencies: Have a maintenance need or an urgent issue? Please submit a maintenance request via our online portal or call the property office for after-hours emergencies.

  • Resident Support Services: Our Residential Coordinator is on hand to assist residents with referrals for job training, childcare, transportation, financial coaching and more. They help connect you with local community organizations and resources.

  • Community Guidelines & Policies: To help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that residents review our community handbook, which covers things like pet policies, noise guidelines, safety procedures, and parking rules.

  • Calendar of Events and Community Activities: From resident meetings to social gatherings and educational workshops, staying engaged helps build strong, supportive communities. We post upcoming occasions here so you can participate.

  • Payment & Lease Information: Log in to your resident portal to view your lease documents, check payment due dates, review your rent statements or contact leasing staff with questions about your account.

You’ll receive regular updates via email or posted notices about new services, community initiatives, seasonal maintenance, and important deadlines. Please ensure your contact information is up to date so we can reach you with timely information.
Should you want to talk directly, your property’s leasing team and the Residential Coordinator are your first point of contact. They’re ready to help answer questions about amenities, neighborhood safety, resident programs, or anything else you need.

Maintenance & Safety First

We’re dedicated to maintaining safe, comfortable homes for all residents. If you notice a safety concern, damaged equipment, or anything that could affect your comfort or security, please report it promptly. We strive to respond quickly and prioritise emergency repairs to minimize disruption.
Please also take a moment to review the seasonal maintenance calendar — items such as snow clearance, exterior lighting checks, HVAC filters, and fire safety inspections are scheduled throughout the year to ensure everything works smoothly.

Resident Support & Services

Our goal is not just to provide housing—but to support thriving lives. The Resident Support Services available include:

  • One-on-one consultations with our Residential Coordinator for access to community resources and assistance.

  • Workshops on financial wellness, budgeting, credit building, and job readiness.
